This is a collection of my favorite eyeliners, both high end and drugstore. I will briefly tell you why I like each one here, and I will also link you directly to a detailed review.
Pictures included! Enjoy. ;) 1) L'oreal Lineur Intense Liquid Eyeliner ($8.49)
What makes this eyeliner so unique is the flexible felt tip. This is how I learned to apply liquid eyeliner, and I still find myself reaching for it over my other liquid liners.

2) Rimmel Soft Kohl Kajal Eyeliner ($3.19)
These pencils aren't amazing, but they're some of the best I've tried from the drugstore, especially. While these don't wear too well in the waterline, they're the perfect texture
and pigmentation for your lashlines. They're really affordable, too.

3) Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Eye Pencil ($18)
I don't mind splurging on these pencils because nothing about them has ever disappointed me. They're so rich, and the ideal pencil for lining your waterline or tightlining.

*Drugstore Dupe For UD 24/7 Pencil:
4) Milani Liquif' Eye ($8)
These pencils are practically identical to the UD Glide On ones, except that they are not as long wearing and don't come in as many colors. I have read many reviews about people
saying these irritated their eyes and made them watery, but my sensitive eyes have not had this problem. The only downside to both these pencils and the UD are that they are sooo
extremely creamy that you have to sharpen them after every 1 or 2 uses which may be a waste. Not for nothing, they're great.

5) Tarte EmphasEYES Inner Rim Brightener ($18)
Tarte's eyeliners are just as creamy, smooth, and long wearing as UD. I like them better though, because they're twist up and don't require sharpening. My favorite of the tarte pencils
is the inner rim brightener, because it's a salmony peach color that really makes all eye colors stand out. If white looks too harsh in your waterline, this is a great alternative. Really
love these pencils.

*Drugstore Dupe for Tarte EmphasEYES Pencil:
6) Revlon Colorstay Eyeliner ($8)
This was the very first eyeliner I ever tried, and about 3 years later I still finding myself reaching for it. They come in dark, wearable shades, that really compliment your eyes regarless
of their color, shape, etc. These really are pretty long wearing, about as long wearing as more high end pencils like numbers 3 and 5 on this list.

*Another Dupe for Tarte EmphasEYES Pencil:
7) Maybelline Unstoppable Eyeliner ($8)
These are practically identical to the Revlon Colorstay liners, but they don't come in as many colors and I don't find that they're long wearing. They are still, though, one of the best drugstore
liners.

8) M.A.C. Eye Kohl ($15)
These are some of my favorite kohl pencils, for the same reasons that I've repeated about 5 times already. They're creamy, pigmented, and easy to work with.
