i will list each step in achieving this look, including all products/brushes, links to where you can purchase them, and links to my reviews of them.
keep in mind that i don't have any mascara on in these picutres! false lashes would be great with this look though, so i will find and link some festive ones for you.
cheers ;b x
* i'd recommend doing your face makeup after the completion of the eye look -- it gets messy.
* before any of the following steps, i placed a piece of post-it tape on the outer corner of my eye, at an angle from my lower lashline to the tail of my brow.

- i used my ring finger to prime my lid with too faced shadow insurance.
2. i used a fluffy angled shadow brush to apply my highlight, a matte off-white color. i dragged it down into the inner corner as well.

3. using my e.l.f. eyeshadow brush, i applied coastal scents hot pot #S23 (these have new names, i will still attempt to link them!) to the inner third of my eyelid.

* i'm not sure why the new name for this is powder pink, it is definetely a matte white shade!
6. using the same brush, i blended the edges between the colors, picking up any shades i thought i would need, perfecting the fade between them. you may choose to use a domed blending or other brush for this step.
7. continuting with the same e.l.f. shadow brush, i dipped only the dip into the blue shadow, and drew a line straight through my crease. i did the same with the red shadow right above it.
8. using a clean, fluffy blending brush (sigma E25), i blended the two colors together, down and up onto the lid and into the highlight.

9. i removed the tape from the end of my eye, and repeated step two.
10. i lightly lined my upper and lower lashline with a black liner.

11. next, i added the same pencil in white to my waterline.
12. i used nyx's glitter cream pallet in 02 Eden and applied the red and blue glitters to the corresponding shadows on my lid.

13. i appled nyx's candy glitter liner in #12 Crystal to the white/middle section of the lid. i used the liner in #15 Red along my upper and lower lashlines.

14. to create the firework on the outer corner of my eye, i used a combination of the cream glitter palettes and the candy liners. simply create the shape you like.
15. apply black or colored mascara as you prefer. note that it is difficult to find colored mascara at the drugstore. you may be able to find some at your local halloween store, but otherwise you'll have to spring for higher end mascaras, like buxom lash & diorshow.

* if you'd prefer false eyelashes, you can pick up a festive pair at a store like ulta around the holiday. they can be difficult to find sometimes, & are most easily accessed online if that's something you're comfortable with.
