Shampoo & Conditioner Bars -- The Basin RAVEiew!

this has got to be the niftiest thing i've ever tried. recently i took a 3 hour flight to florida, and checked only one bag. being that you can't have liquids in your carry on, i used this for primarily liquids (shampoo, foundation, perfume, etc). however my bag exceeded the weight limit, and to make it work, i threw away my shampoo and conditioner. i figured that i could use whatever the hotel put in the room. unfortunately, the bottles were smaller than my pinky finger and barely enough for one wash/condition. i ran around disney world like an idiot, hoping to find something, but i was out of luck. no hotel gift shop nor vending machine (lol) sold shampoo and conditioner. one night in downtown disney, i was at my wits end and found myself near a bath & body store -- basin.

the store saved my life! they didn't have liquid shampoo & conditioner -- but they had bar shampoo and conditioner, which resembled soap. i was skeptical at first but after using them in the shower, i love them.  i'm not using them while i'm home, because i prefer to save them for travel.
what a nifty idea! because they're solid bars, they pass the "no liquids" rule. they're lighter than carrying bottles too, and excellent quality! could not be happier.

they smell so nice and feel so rich. i'm more than impressed.
